Residual Low Level Free Chlorine Test Strip은 USDA 또는 캘리포니아 유기농 인증 규정을 충족하기 위해 미량(잔류) 수준의 유리 염소를 검출하는 데도 이상적입니다. 표면을 테스트하려면 테스트 스트립의 표시 패드에 증류수 한 방울을 떨어뜨린 다음 식품 취급 장비, 테이블 또는 과일과 채소의 껍질에 대고 꾹 누르기만 하면 됩니다. 염소가 존재하면 스트립의 색이 변하고 30초 후에 색상 차트와 비교할 수 있습니다. 잔류 표면 테스트를 할 때는 결과를 정량적 수치인 PPM이 아닌 염소 존재의 정성적 지표로 취급해야 한다는 점에 유의해야 합니다.

How to test for chlorine:

• Remove one Low Level Chlorine test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers.
• Dip the test strip into the solution being tested for 2 seconds.
• Alternatively, place a drop of deionized water on the indicator pad of the test strip, and press the pad firmly against food handling equipment, tables, or even the skin of fruit and vegetables themselves.
• Remove and shake off any excess liquid.
• Compare to the color chart after 30 seconds.
